Arnold Worldwide is a top advertising agency known for its emphasis on leadership and creativity. Their culture reflects the idea that employees are more than staff — they are storytellers, artists, designers, producers, musicians, filmmakers, and marketers who thrive on making ideas come to life. Immersed in this energy, I gained firsthand experience in the Marketing Production department on the Titleist account, serving as a bridge between the creative teams and the client. Marketing Production is responsible for building strategies for print and TV campaigns, managing projects against client objectives, and monitoring competitor activity.
Key Contributions:
Competitor Tracking Blog – Managed Titleist’s competitor-tracking blog, which was regularly shared with senior marketing clients. Responsibilities included reviewing weekly magazines, identifying competitor ads, scanning and formatting creative, drafting blurbs, and delivering polished updates for client review.
Client Presentations – Prepared presentation decks and boards for biannual client meetings focused on golf balls and clubs.
PGA Tour Next Generation Campaign – Supported campaign strategy by consolidating rookie player tracking and offering new insights to guide creative direction.
Comparative Market Analysis – Conducted in-depth analysis of Titleist competitors using fiscal year reports. Built an Excel framework mapping parent companies, subsidiaries, revenues, global presence, advertising spend, future goals, and brand strengths. Companies analyzed included Nike, Adidas–TaylorMade, Bridgestone Golf, Sumitomo Rubber Industries–Srixon, and Amer Sports Oyj–Wilson Staff.
